Author Guideline
We first print out informal proceedings and hand them out at workshop. Then, the formal proceedings will be published from IEEE CS press after workshop.
We will include papers in formal post-workshop proceedings only if at least
one of the authors attended the workshop and presented the paper.Informal Proceedings:
- An electronic version of your manuscript must be sent to:

Your paper will be included in informal proceedings ONLY IF AT LEAST ONE OF THE AUTHORS MADE A REGISTRATION of the workshop BY THE DUE DATE.

Your manuscript can be included in this post-workshop proceedings ONLY IF THE PAPER IS PRESENTED at the workshop.
- Formating Manuscript
Unfortunately some manuscripts for the informal proceedings do not meet
the author guideline. IEEE requires authors to distill their PDF files
to meet IEEE PDF specifications.
Instructions for authors are included in the IEEE online author kits which
are sent to authors after the workshop.

Procedures
To ensure a seamless transition during presentations, each presenting author
must give us your presentation file, such as PowerPoint file, prior to
the session including your presentation.
We recommend you
- to create PowerPoint file and send it to us (ITkaken-WIRI@nii.ac.jp) by April 7th (the day before the workshop)
or
- to bring it on our acceptable media, such as CD-R or USB memory, by the launch of the first session of the day of your presentation.
If you have any additional equipment requests, such as a wired Internet access or audio, please let us know as soon as possible. |
